SMS messages and mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Reception may send SMS only after you complete the notification signup and check the optional SMS consent checkbox. This section is placed first for carrier and privacy review.

  • What we collect: Mobile phone number and, on the notification signup form, your name, Terms and Privacy acceptance, and whether you checked the optional SMS consent box.
  • Purpose: To send transactional and account-related texts (e.g. new lead alerts, appointment-related notices).
  • Terms and Privacy checkbox (exact text): "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy." (with links to Terms and Privacy on the live form).
  • SMS consent checkbox (exact text): "I agree to receive SMS messages from Reception for lead alerts, appointment-related notices, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consenting to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or service."
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time. We honor carrier-supported opt-out keywords.
  • No sale of phone data: We do not sell mobile numbers for unrelated third-party marketing.

When you use our voicemail and phone receptionist service, we collect:

  • Call Data: Phone numbers, call duration, recordings/transcripts, and metadata
  • Business Information: Business name, calendar ID, configuration preferences
  • Lead Information: Names, phone numbers, addresses, and service requests from calls
  • Account Information: Email and authentication credentials for dashboard access

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and route incoming phone calls
  • Generate call transcripts and summaries
  • Create and manage leads from conversations
  • Send notifications (email and SMS) about leads and appointments
  • Provide customer support and improve services

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using Supabase and Twilio. We implement industry-standard security measures. Call transcripts and lead data are retained as long as your account is active or as required by law.

We use:

  • Twilio: Phone and SMS
  • Supabase: Database and authentication
  • OpenRouter/OpenAI: AI call handling
  • ElevenLabs: Text-to-speech
  • Google Calendar: Appointment scheduling (if configured)

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Opt out of SMS by replying STOP
  • Request a copy of your data
