Reception may send SMS only after you complete the two-checkbox signup on our website. This section is placed first for carrier and privacy review.

  • Purpose: To send transactional and account-related texts (e.g. new lead alerts, appointment-related notices).
  • Terms and Privacy checkbox (exact text): "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy." (with links to Terms and Privacy on the live form).
  • SMS consent checkbox (exact text): "I agree to receive SMS messages from Reception for lead alerts, appointment-related notices, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consenting to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or service."
  • Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time. We honor carrier-supported opt-out keywords.
  • No sale of phone data: We do not sell mobile numbers for unrelated third-party marketing.
